Just A Dream? (Open M/M)

"Well I'd have to work around my school schedule as well, but that shouldn't be hard..." Dante answered before tilting his head and asking. "Nepotism?"

"It's when you favor family over hiring people who deserve it," shrugged Teegan.

"Oh..." Dante said softly as he blushed, he felt a little stupid for having to ask what that meant and he looked down. Teegan probably thought he was stupid for not knowing the word meant, Teegan probably knew lot's of smarter people then himself.

"It's alright, it's not a word that a lot of people use. Wade just instills in me a sense of vocabulary. Sometimes he won't talk to me if I don't sound educated," Teegan smiled.

Dante nodded shyly, "I'd like to think I'm pretty educated, sometimes I seem to not know anything." He said with a small smile, half joking.

"I bet that's not true," Teegan frowned as he sipped his drink, "You seem highly educated. Some people just have different forms of education."

"I liked a lot of the stuff I got to learn at school, minus math and boring stuff like that." Dante replied with a small smile.

"I enjoy science and literature but math is not a strong suit," shrugged Teegan as he looked at the other man. "Excuse me for saying so but...you are quite handsome."

Dante couldn't stop the blush that came close to lighting up his face when he heard the other call him handsome. "O-Oh thank you..." He said softly, he hadn't had a guy tell him that before.

Teegan smiled, "You could very well be a model. Have you ever thought about it before?"

Dante shook his head no shyly, "Uh no I've never thought of it before... I don't know if I'd really be handsome enough for that..."

"YOu're handsome enough for that," nodded Teegan.

Dante blushed softly, "Your more handsome then me, you'd make a better model..."

"I couldn't model. I'm a bit too impatient to sit and wait for them to paint me," chuckled Teegan.

"You'd need a lot of breaks, but you'd probably make a really good model." Dante said with a shy smile.

"Are you asking if you could paint me?" Teegan smiled.

Dante nodded shyly before looking up a little, "Yeah, I am... If its okay to ask you..."

"Of course it's okay," Teegan grinned, "I've never modled anything before. Is it fun?"

"Well its different for everybody and there are some that don't think it's fun, but normally everybody likes the end result with the pictures." Dante answered truthfully.

Teegan grinned, "When are you going to paint me? I would like to make a day of it if we could."

"Well I have a free day today and tomorrow, but whenever your free would be best." Dante answered softly, smiling at him.

"I actually have to work tonight but I'll see if I can't take tomorrow off," nodded Teegan.

Dante nodded with a small smile. "Well you could text me when you find out, here's my cell number." He wrote his number down and shyly held it out him.

Teegan smiled and looked at the number before putting it into his Blackberry, "I'll let you know it's my number when you text me."

Dante nodded, "Alright." He smiled, it felt nice to finally make a new friend and Teegan was a nice guy too.
